Wonderful Prep for Kindergarten

My pre-kindergarten age daughter recently had an opportunity to receive preparatory instruction for her upcoming journey to kindergarten. Mrs. Logan crafted a personalized, age appropriate, and engaging curriculum. That ensured my child looked forward to each lesson. The lessons included both number and letter recognition and forming skills practice. The lessons also included short reading lessons that reinforced the focus of each lesson. Mrs. Logan remained consistent, encouraging, and patient. Mrs. Logan was also an informative and flexible teacher who provided my child with the extra support and vital building blocks to help my daughter be receptive and prepared for the classroom setting. It was both a joy and a tremendous opportunity for us to work with Mrs. Logan.

Mrs. Logan and I met in the fall of 2011 while on the same K-8 school campus, and we connected instantly. The following year I moved to her grade level team, and during this time our friendship grew. Not only was I blessed to be her friend, but I learned so much from her professionally that my teaching skills improved greatly over the course of the next year.  I’ve witnessed her interactions with primary students multiple times, and each encounter was generated with respect, positive instruction and magical reading moments.
